Consequently, it delivers the reach and chopping power of small machetes or woods swords. However, it still offers enough control for carving notches, processing kindling, and handling camp kitchen tasks. The tall high flat grind helps the blade bite deeply into wood. Additionally, it clears chips efficiently, making repeated chopping smoother and less fatiguing.
