The KA-BAR Becker Nessmuk BK19 is a faithful yet modernized interpretation of the classic bushcraft knife made famous by wilderness expert George Washington Sears (a.k.a. “Nessmuk”). Ethan Becker designed this knife to be an exceptional woods utility tool, pairing traditional shape with modern materials. Consequently, the BK19 excels at slicing, skinning, and general camp chores while remaining lightweight and highly durable.
Specifically, the Nessmuk features a distinctive wide, curved 4.625-inch blade made from durable 1095 Cro-Van steel, providing an excellent belly for effective skinning and slicing. The brown Ultramid handle scales are contoured for a comfortable, secure grip, and the knife comes with two extra handle scale sets (black and tan) for user customization. It includes a rugged black Celcon®/Kydex sheath designed for secure field carry.
