The knife itself is built for absolute reliability. Its blade is forged from tough 1095 carbon steel and finished with a black powder coat for corrosion resistance. Furthermore, the full flat grind makes it an excellent slicer, while the Micarta handles provide a secure grip, even when wet.

This model features the rounded “Modified Pommel,” which many users prefer for its comfort and lower profile compared to the standard pommel. Because of this design, it remains comfortable even during extended or heavy-duty use.

The key feature here, however, is the sheath system. You get the durable black molded polymer sheath, and this “MB” (MOLLE Back) model also includes the ESEE MOLLE Back attachment. This allows for secure, versatile carry on packs, vests, and duty belts.
